Ingredients

  • 6 artichokes;
  • 2 kg peas;
  • Il Gentiluomo EVO Olive oil to taste;
  • A glass of water,
  • Chives q.b;
  • Salt to taste

 

Procedure

  1. Clean the artichokes, dividing them into 6.
  2. Clean the peas and keep them aside in a bowl.
  3. In a frying pan, pour the Il Gentiluomo EVO Olive oil over the chives, add the artichokes and let them cook for a few minutes over a high heat.
  4. Then add the peas, water and salt.
  5. Cook for 30 to 40 minutes on a low heat and with the lid on.
