Ingredients
- 6 artichokes;
- 2 kg peas;
- Il Gentiluomo EVO Olive oil to taste;
- A glass of water,
- Chives q.b;
- Salt to taste
Procedure
- Clean the artichokes, dividing them into 6.
- Clean the peas and keep them aside in a bowl.
- In a frying pan, pour the Il Gentiluomo EVO Olive oil over the chives, add the artichokes and let them cook for a few minutes over a high heat.
- Then add the peas, water and salt.
- Cook for 30 to 40 minutes on a low heat and with the lid on.
