Ingredients for 4 people

  • 1 kg sausage;
  • 1 kg cleaned turnips;
  • 2 tomatoes;
  • 1 clove of garlic;
  • 1 bay leaf;
  • Salt to taste
  • Monovarietal Frantoio Olive Oil to taste;

 

Procedure:

  • Put the Monovarietal Frantoio Olive Oil, chopped tomatoes, garlic and bay leaf in a pan.
  • Fry for one minute and add the turnips and half a glass of water.
  • Cook for 15 minutes, with the lid on.
  • In a frying pan put the oil and chopped sausage and cook over a high heat.
  • Once cooked, add the sausage to the turnips, without its cooking liquid.
  • Continue cooking for another 10 minutes.
