Ingredients for 4/6 people
- 400 g caserecce-type pasta;
- 500 g Roman broccoli;
- 4 sausages at the point of a knife;
- 1 clove of garlic;
- Il Maleducato EVO Oil;
- Salt to taste;
Procedure
- Blanch the broccoli for 5/6 minutes and keep aside.
- In a frying pan put Il Maleducato EVO oil, the clove of garlic, crumble the sausage and brown for a few minutes.
- Meanwhile, blend the cabbage with a little oil and add to the sausage.
- Cook the pasta and drain it al dente, keeping some of the cooking water to one side.
- Stir-fry, completing the cooking.
- If necessary, add the water kept aside.
- Serve immediately with a sprinkling of Parmesan cheese.
