Ingredients for 4/6 people

  • 400 g caserecce-type pasta;
  • 500 g Roman broccoli;
  • 4 sausages at the point of a knife;
  • 1 clove of garlic;
  • Il Maleducato EVO Oil;
  • Salt to taste;

 

Procedure

  • Blanch the broccoli for 5/6 minutes and keep aside.
  • In a frying pan put Il Maleducato EVO oil, the clove of garlic, crumble the sausage and brown for a few minutes.
  • Meanwhile, blend the cabbage with a little oil and add to the sausage.
  • Cook the pasta and drain it al dente, keeping some of the cooking water to one side.
  • Stir-fry, completing the cooking.
  • If necessary, add the water kept aside. 
  • Serve immediately with a sprinkling of Parmesan cheese.
