Our Monovarietals: single cultivar, clear and territorial flavour.

A monocultivar leucocarpa produced from white olives.

This bottle was born out of a desire to rediscover almost extinct, rare and precious varieties. It stems from the desire to enhance the biodiversity present in our land. It is born from the desire and perseverance of a mill owner who does not stop at what has already been done, but continues to fall in love with the fruits that nature offers.

Useful tips for storing extra virgin olive oil:

• Keep in a cold and dry place;
• Store away from sources of light and heat;
• Avoid sudden changes in temperature;
• Prefer smaller formats if you have a reduced consumption of oil in the kitchen, this to reduce the contact time of the extra virgin olive oil with the oxygen present in the air.
