Ingredients for 4 people
- 1 kg sausage;
- 1 kg cleaned turnips;
- 2 tomatoes;
- 1 clove of garlic;
- 1 bay leaf;
- Salt to taste
- Monovarietal Frantoio Olive Oil to taste;
Procedure:
- Put the Monovarietal Frantoio Olive Oil, chopped tomatoes, garlic and bay leaf in a pan.
- Fry for one minute and add the turnips and half a glass of water.
- Cook for 15 minutes, with the lid on.
- In a frying pan put the oil and chopped sausage and cook over a high heat.
- Once cooked, add the sausage to the turnips, without its cooking liquid.
- Continue cooking for another 10 minutes.
