Strascinate con sugo alla ricotta forte

Ingredients for 4 people

  • 500 g fresh Strascinate STRASCINATE FRESCHE
  • 500 gr tomato puree
  • 4/5 tablespoons of Ricotta Forte (depending on the density you wish to obtain.)
  • Onion to taste
  • Monovarietal Coratina EVO Olive oil
  • Salt

Procedure

  • In a saucepan, pour the Monovarietal Coratina EVO oil and brown the onion, finely chopped.
  • Add the tomato puree and as soon as it comes to the boil, lower the heat and continue cooking, with a lid, for about 20 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, in another pot, bring the water to the boil and cook the strascinate.
  • Once the tomato puree is cooked, add the ricotta forte to the sauce.
  • Whisk everything together for a few moments and pour in the cooked

    strascinate.
