Ingredients for 4 people
- 500 g fresh Strascinate STRASCINATE FRESCHE
- 500 gr tomato puree
- 4/5 tablespoons of Ricotta Forte (depending on the density you wish to obtain.)
- Onion to taste
- Monovarietal Coratina EVO Olive oil
- Salt
Procedure
- In a saucepan, pour the Monovarietal Coratina EVO oil and brown the onion, finely chopped.
- Add the tomato puree and as soon as it comes to the boil, lower the heat and continue cooking, with a lid, for about 20 minutes.
- Meanwhile, in another pot, bring the water to the boil and cook the strascinate.
- Once the tomato puree is cooked, add the ricotta forte to the sauce.
- Whisk everything together for a few moments and pour in the cooked
strascinate.
