Ingredients for 4 people
- 280 g tripolines;
- 20 g parsley;
- 50 g L’Equilibrato EVO Olive oil;
- 20 g chilli-flavoured Il Guastafeste EVO Olive oil;
- 1 clove of garlic;
- 2 anchovies;
- Salt to taste
Procedure
- In a brick, whisk L’Equilibrato EVO Olive oil and chilli-flavoured Il Guastafeste EVO Olive oil, garlic, anchovies and parsley.
- Boil the pasta, pull it al dente and pan-fry it for about 2 minutes in the created emulsion.
