Ingredients for 4 people

  • 280 g tripolines;
  • 20 g parsley;
  • 50 g L’Equilibrato EVO Olive oil;
  • 20 g chilli-flavoured Il Guastafeste EVO Olive oil;
  • 1 clove of garlic;
  • 2 anchovies;
  • Salt to taste

 

Procedure

  • In a brick, whisk L’Equilibrato EVO Olive oil and chilli-flavoured Il Guastafeste EVO Olive oil, garlic, anchovies and parsley.
  • Boil the pasta, pull it al dente and pan-fry it for about 2 minutes in the created emulsion.
  • Ideal for a quick and tasty meal.
